Shipping policy


At Pawformance Pets, we aim to ship your order quickly and reliably across Australia. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Standard Shipping: Free on all orders. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days from dispatch.

  • Express Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional cost. Delivery is typically 1–3 business days from dispatch.

⏱️ Note: All delivery time-frames are estimates from the date of dispatch, not from the date of order.

Delivery Restrictions

  • We only ship within Australia.

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

  • Our third-party fulfilment centre may not deliver to some remote areas. If we’re unable to ship to your location, we’ll contact you directly.

Delays & Peak Periods

While we work hard to get your order to you quickly, shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g. carrier issues, weather, etc.).
During peak periods (e.g. Christmas, public holidays, promotional events), please allow additional shipping time.
